Community Care Cooperative collects only what it needs to run its programs. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where legally required, such as mandatory reporting obligations.

What we collect

When you participate in a Cooperative program, we collect what is needed to run it. Usually this means your name, contact details, and program participation records. We do not collect information we have no use for.

Work you produce during a program belongs to you. We do not publish or share it without your written consent.

How it is stored

Your information is stored on Cooperative-controlled systems. We do not store personal information on third-party platforms without your consent.

This website

The Cooperative website does not use tracking, analytics, or sign-up forms. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare may log standard access data: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit, as part of normal hosting operations. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at [email protected].

If you have a complaint about how we have handled your information and we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.

When this policy changes in a meaningful way, the date below will be updated.
